The Great February Chili Cook Off at MediLodge of Munising

I have come so far from the beginning. From my very first day until my very last day. Physical therapy has helped me in so many ways, they helped my tremors get so much better compared to before. Whereas before I couldn’t even hold my head up now I can. I can walk, eat, and talk so much better on my own. I can now better communicate with other people. The nurses have been very professional and kind hearted at all times. The administrative personnel has also been very helpful and kind to me. I have grown very close to everyone and I will truly miss a lot of the people here. The nurses’ aides have been helpful and I am glad to have had the opportunity to come to Medilodge because I am now able to be independent. I would like thank everyone at Medilodge for going above and beyond my expectations at all times.

I chose Medilodge of Munising so I could be closer to my family. The facility is so fresh and clean. Everyone was very professional and caring. The care I received was excellent.

It is with a grateful heart I am writing to say thank you to every person who cared for my mother, Betty Komula. It became apparent several months ago that mom was approaching the point in her life that she was no longer safe living with my brother and his wife or my husband and I. Our mother is very very precious to us and having to think of a nursing home for her was almost unbearable, especially for me. I spent many days stressing over how to make sure she felt loved, was happy and well cared for. It is with the most sincere thanks that you made the transition, not only painless but an actual time of joy for mom. You were all so caring, thoughtful, tender and kind to her. It is evident that you were "called" to be caretakers and you do a wonderful job!! I would recommend your facility to anyone.
